The rule

Ask within 14 days of your first charge and you get your money back. You do not need to give a reason, we will not ask for one, and we will not offer you a discount to stay.

Email [email protected] and it is done. There is no form.

Why it is this simple

A refund costs us less than a chargeback and far less than somebody who feels cheated. Making it hard would only buy revenue from people who wanted to leave.

Your statutory rights

Under Portuguese and EU distance-selling law (DL 24/2014) you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Digital content delivered immediately is an exception to it, and at checkout you are asked to agree that your report is generated straight away — which waives that right in principle. The 14-day refund above is offered regardless, so nothing you agreed to at checkout takes it away.
