Who we are

The controller of your data is the operator of doesaidomyjob.com, Rua da Peixota 9, 4850-070 Cerva, Portugal. You can reach a person at [email protected], and a person answers.

What we collect

Deliberately little. We never ask for your name, your age, your address, your employer or your salary, and there is nowhere to enter them.

• ·Your occupation, and how you divide your working week across its activities. This is the assessment.
• ·Your answers to the questionnaire.
• ·Your email address, if you give it — to send your result, and to sign in.
• ·Payment records, if you subscribe. Stripe holds the card; we hold the fact of the payment.
• ·Basic technical data: the pages you opened and roughly when. Analytics beyond that only if you accepted the banner.

Why we are allowed to

Running the assessment and your subscription is performance of a contract with you. Sending marketing email and running product analytics is consent, which you gave at the banner or the checkbox and can withdraw at any time. Keeping error reports and preventing abuse is our legitimate interest, balanced against your rights by collecting no personal data in them at all. Keeping invoices is a legal obligation under Portuguese tax law.

How long we keep it

An assessment taken without an account is deleted after 30 days. An account keeps its assessments until you delete it. Invoices are kept for ten years, because tax law requires it and your consent cannot override that. Error reports are kept 90 days, analytics events 12 months, and session replays 30 days.

Your rights

You can download everything we hold about you from your account page, as a file, immediately — no request, no waiting, no email exchange. You can delete your account from the same page. Deletion is scheduled 30 days out so that a misclick or somebody else using your session can be undone; after that it is permanent and we cannot recover it.

You can also object, ask us to correct something, or complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados. We would rather you told us first.

Who else sees it

Nobody buys it, because we do not sell it. These companies process some of it in order for the product to work:

• ·Hostinger (Lithuania/EU) — the server the database runs on. Your assessment lives here and nowhere else.
• ·Cloudflare (EU edge) — traffic, TLS and protection against attacks.
• ·Stripe (Ireland/US) — payments. They receive your email and card details; we never see a card number.
• ·Resend (EU region) — email delivery.
• ·PostHog (EU region) — product analytics, only if you accepted the cookie banner.
• ·Sentry (EU region) — error reports, with personal data stripped before sending.
• ·OpenRouter (US) — passes your report to the AI model that writes its prose, from numbers that are already computed. It receives your occupation and your score and never your email address.
• ·Trustpilot (Denmark/EU) — review invitations, only after you subscribe. It receives a copy of your welcome email (your email address and name) so it can invite you, once, to leave a review. Whether you do is entirely yours.

Where it lives

Your assessment and your account are on a server in the EU, and they are not copied anywhere else. That is a deliberate choice rather than an accident of hosting.
